1. Scope of Service

NIVÔ provides digital-invitation-as-a-service. We build custom invitation websites based on templates in our design catalog.

All purchases cover structural compilation, asset integration, mobile responsive layouts, ambient soundtrack playback, and dynamic guest RSVP collection based on the selected package tier.

2. Account Registration

To access payment and order features, you must create an account with a valid email address and a password of at least 6 characters. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it if it changes. NIVÔ reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) and direct UPI transfers. All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
• UPI Direct Transfers: If you choose to pay via direct UPI transfer, you must send the exact amount to the provided UPI address and confirm payment within the session. NIVÔ will verify the payment manually and send email confirmation.
• Pricing & Custom Domains: Standard invitation packages include hosting on a free, shared NIVÔ subdomain (e.g., `event.nivoinvites.com`). If you request setup on a unique custom domain (e.g., `alexandemma.com` or `birthday.wedding`), prices may vary depending on domain registration fees, registrar acquisition costs, or premium domain extension (TLD) requirements.
• Refunds: Since our services involve digital design delivery, all custom orders are non-refundable once draft links are delivered.
• Hosting Period: Standard invitation subdomains are kept active for 1 year from the live date, after which hosting is decommissioned. Extension terms can be purchased.
• Liability Limits: NIVÔ is not responsible for event disruption resulting from network outages, browser compatibility updates, or guest client connectivity failures.

4. Email Communications

Upon submitting an inquiry or completing a payment, you will receive transactional emails including inquiry confirmations, payment receipts, and order updates. These emails are sent to the email address associated with your account.

You may also receive review-related notifications if you have submitted a review on our platform. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

5. Reviews & Testimonials

If you submit a review, it will be reviewed by our team before being published on the site. By submitting a review, you grant NIVÔ the right to display your name and review content on our platform.

We reserve the right to remove reviews that contain inappropriate, misleading, or defamatory content.

6. Intellectual Property & License

All source code, designs, layout themes, custom scripts, brand assets, and animations rendered on our servers belong to NIVÔ Studio.

Upon purchasing a template, you are granted a **revocable, non-transferable, single-event personal license** to use the invitation website for your private event. Redistribution, duplication of source code, or resale of layout structures is strictly prohibited.

You represent that you own the rights to all photographs, texts, and music tracks uploaded for template customization. NIVÔ is not responsible for any copyright claims related to client-uploaded event media.
