- Event Customization Assets: Names, story descriptions, timelines, location coordinates, photos, and background audio files uploaded for the template.
- RSVP Responses: Guest names, attendance status, menu selections, and wishes left on your live guest book.
2. How We Use Your Data
We process data solely to execute your digital invitation pages and deliver lead-capture studio inquiries.
- To compile, host, and render your custom invitation web pages on safe global subdomains.
- To dispatch real-time RSVP updates (via WhatsApp API or secure dashboards).
- To optimize web client loading speeds and protect sites from scrapers.
3. Media & Content Retention
All custom digital invitation files (images, audio files, texts) are stored in secure cloud containers. We maintain active servers for your invitation preview up to the date of your event.
Unless a client requests prolonged hosting, invitations are automatically archived 90 days post-event. All associated uploaded media assets and RSVP spreadsheets are permanently purged.
4. Third-Party Integrations & Security
NIVÔ integrates industry-grade technologies to guarantee safe service:
- Hosting & CDNs: Encrypted content delivery via Vercel Edge Server architectures.
- Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. NIVÔ does not store your card details, UPI PIN, or banking credentials on our servers.
- Mapping APIs: Venue coordinates loaded securely through Google Maps API.
- Audio Hosting: Soundtrack media cached and delivered securely through secure CDNs.
- Email Notifications: Transactional emails (inquiry confirmations, payment receipts) are sent via encrypted SMTP connections. We do not send marketing emails without explicit consent.
